A friend of mine sent me this incredible article today that  I LOVED. Give it a read.

It got me thinking about all of the things that we eat that others might throw out, but we consider food. Here are a few of mine…

  • liquid from boiling meat or veg
  • sour milk
  • dandelions
  • radish or beet root tops
  • leaves from celery
  • leftover animal fats
