Hangin’ out

Today we hung the jamon serrano style ham out back. I will be getting some muslin cloth to wrap it in as it warms up and there are flies… We definitely don’t want any of that!
So if you walk around the back of the house and you see a hanging leg or two, fear not, it will be delicious and not scary in a year when it’s thinly sliced on a plate.

    Yep! It sat on salt under weight for two weeks! Rinsed and now hanging!
