glazed walnuts

sometimes a little good thing like this is so easy to make and soo soo good.
instructions {i won't even call this a recipe}.
put 1/2 sugar in with 1/2 chopped walnuts and a pinch of salt.
heat on med low until the sugar starts to bubble, stir a bit and when its darkish brown- but not too dark, remove and pour onto a slightly {butter} greased plate.
{resist temptation, its too hot to try at this point!}
when its cool, crack it apart and throw on salads with a strong cheese (like blue, roquefort or feta)or do what i am going to do and serve with individual crustless blueberry cheesecakes i am making for a friend.
